This is for expecting families or families who have a newborn baby (0-12 weeks old). You will be provided with the knowledge of newborn sleep and the tools you need to get your baby to develop healthy sleep habits.
You’ll be able to enjoy the newborn stage and not just “endure it!”
**This is not sleep training. Newborns are too young for formal training, are not capable of self-soothing, and have SO MANY NEEDS. Instead, I will help you learn how to instill healthy sleep habits and lay the foundation for a star sleeper. Gentle methods are used to guide your child towards developing the independent sleep skills necessary to eventually be able to sleep through the night. Though sleeping through the night is not a goal we will specifically target, it will happen when your child is developmentally ready for it. Here, you will learn how to support your little one through this time and you will gain the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to get your baby sleeping well and to keep it that way.
